Outlook 2007 Setup

Steps for setting up Email in Outlook 2003

• Go to https://webmail.parsecdata.com and sign in with your account (in this case, the postmaster account).
  
• Click Options
  
• Click Login
  
  Change your password
  
• Log out of the web console. Make sure Outlook is closed. Open the Control Panel and choose Mail. (Note: If you are running 64 bit Windows Vista, this will be under the 32 bit program menu)
• Click E-mail Accounts...
  
• Click New...
  
  Click Next
  
• Check Manually configure server settings or additional server types and click Next
  
• Make sure Internet E-mail is selected and click Next again
  
• Enter your account settings. Please put your mailbox's unique info where needed. Then click More Settings...
  
• Select the Outgoing Server tab and check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
  
• Click the Advanced tab and set the Server Port numbers as per the screenshot below. Set the Delivery options to your preferences and click OK
  
• Click the Test Account Settings button
  
• If you have done everything right, you will see a window like the one below. Click Close, then Next and Finish
  
• Select your new account and choose Set as Default and click Close twice
